HELP University ((マレー語:Universiti HELP); formerly known as HELP University College) is a private university in Malaysia and is located at ELM Business School, No. 15, Jalan Sri Semantan 1,Off Jalan Semantan, Bukit Damansara, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was founded in 1986 by its President, Paul Chan Tuck Hoong, and CEO Chan-Low Kam Yoke. HELP University is a member of the HELP Group which comprises (HELP University ), HELP Academy, (HELP College of Arts and Technology ) (HELP CAT), (HELP International School ), and (The Little Tree House Kindergarten ) (a joint venture with OSK). HELP first offered twinning programmes with the University of Glamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom, and the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
